Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Systems Manager, this is an entry-level role and would be ideally suited to a recent graduate. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, and your qualification need not necessarily be relevant to the role.

You must be willing to undertake training courses, some of which may be residential.

This is a full-time permanent position (following successful completion of a probationary period) and working hours are 35 per week.

Duties when fully trained will include assisting the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Systems Manager with the following:

• Ensuring that our Quality Management System policies, procedures and instructions are documented, implemented and maintained as required.

• Approving Quality Management System documentation.

• Advising management, production staff and others on any changes to directives, regulatory standards and all matters affecting quality.

• Promoting awareness of applicable regulatory requirements and Quality Management System requirements throughout the organisation.

• Ensuring that all quality records are accurately maintained and kept.

• Liaising with customers on matters relating to Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs requirements.
