Consisting of 35 blade shapes and 11 handles the Swann-Morton Medical-Surgical range is used throughout all acute hospital settings including Cardiology, Orthopaedics and Reconstructive surgery as well as non acute settings such as Small Clinics,Surgery Centres and GP Practice.
The "choice" of product from the Med Surg range lies firmly with the surgeon and their expertise as to which size and shape of blade is most appropriate for a particular procedure and which handle provides them with the flexibility, dexterity and depth of field they personally require.
The range does include user specific products such as the E/11 for Chiropody , the 12D and 15C for Dentistry and the SG3 for minor Skin Grafts.
